We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA team and contribute to building a strong, scalable, and future‑ready recruitment function across the region. In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers on a variety of positions—primarily expert and leadership roles, but also other key hires depending on business needs. Your Responisibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop search strategies and deliver high-quality talent for senior and expert roles.
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle with confidence and ownership, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Craft compelling, brand-aligned job postings that speak to the right audiences and attract exceptional talent.
  • Collaborate with our Talent Attraction & Employer Branding team to support impactful initiatives—from campaigns and events to digital and offline activities—that strengthen our market presence.
  • Use data and insights to track key recruiting metrics, contribute to continuous improvement, and actively participate in the refinement of our evolving TA processes.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally focused on white-collar roles.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interviewing and diagnostic skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing personality and structured, self-organized work style.
  • International mindset, intercultural competence, and openness to change in a dynamic environment.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53 241,02 based on full-time employment. Please note that, due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obligated to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement. According to experience and qualification, the actual salary for this position is significantly higher.
