Position Overview

The implementation team within RTM supports our clients with contractual documentation and the setup of Cash Management products. Our focus is on solution-oriented processing of client requests as part of holistic client support.

Client facing job. We are searching for an Implementation Analyst, who will be involved into projects for Corporate clients in our European Centre of Excellence Berlin. Primary focus will be on Corporate Cash Management products for Non-Banking Financial Institutions .

In this role you will be responsible for comprehensive client support during the onboarding process, incl. coordination with clients, documentation handling, technical setup in bank’s systems as well as coordination with various teams across countries and functions. You will also remain the key point of contact for any customer setup updates. The role implies close cooperation with clients, Sales and Relationship managers and therefore requires strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.

The Implementation team is engaged in providing the widest range of Deutsche Bank’s Cash Management products and services to most relevant corporate clients ensuring that the bank covers all potential needs. The position is embedded into the newly created Relationship & Transaction Management (RTM) organization, which offers a wide set of career opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform coordination and end‑to‑end implementation of clients to DB platforms and systems

  • Act as liaison with the implementation managers in foreign countries and other dynamic Client Deal Team members. During the implementation phase the implementation manager leads the Client Deal Team, arranges and chairs (client) meetings, such as the kick‑off meeting and progress meetings

  • Act also in internal meetings with stakeholders, in coordination with Sales, Customer Service and Coverage team

  • Act on progress of the project: coordinate documentation to and from client, monitor the project and update client regularly. Be single point of contact for a client

  • Perform product setup, including technical onboarding activities that are part of the cash management structure and coordinate these activities in foreign countries

  • Coordinate flow of documentation to and from client, prepare contractual documentation, collect and verify the information received from clients

  • Collaborate closely with other units within the bank and proactively drive projects to support RTM objectives (e.g., functional clarity, strengthening cross-departmental collaboration).

  • Analise the existing processes and introduction of more efficient and lean practices

Your Skills and Experience

  • Project Management skills and continuous improvement capabilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and written in English and French . Strong client focus.

  • Ability to withstand stress, organize and set priorities to meet deadlines/targets whilst remaining responsive, calm and attentive to client needs; problem‑solving mindset.

  • Ability to take full ownership and responsibility across the Cash Management organization, accurate, first‑time right attitude. Strong focus on solution delivery.

  • Strong commitment to service excellence and high customer orientation.

  • Make decisions with guidelines and policies to avoid risks.

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office and data mining abilities.

  • High Degree certification in the economics areas will be an advantage.

  • Background and / or experience in automation / AI will be considered as an advantage
