• Drive long-term business and revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of clients and categories in DACH and CEE, including E-commerce, Omnichannel, Travel, Food & Beverage, Health & Fitness, and more.
• Develop a strategy for long-term success across your portfolio in close collaboration with your Platform Specialist partner.
• Act as a thought-leader with both clients and agencies.
• Travel regularly to meet clients and agency partners in person, strengthen senior relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive incremental revenue.
• Work closely with your Manager & Platform Specialist team to ensure proper execution and alignment with customer objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with your industry counterparts on an EMEA level, driving sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Use internal & external data sets to understand how to best help grow your customers business in the dynamic mobile ecosystem.

• Extensive media sales experience across ad platforms including online, mobile, search and/or display.
• Deep knowledge of the mobile app landscape.
• Specialist understanding of mobile app developer go-to-market strategies, and how to measure mobile advertising success.
• Extremely professional and positive demeanour.
• The ability to build relationships with C-level executives and manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong prioritisation, communication and presentation skills, both in person and in virtual settings.
• Fluency in both German and English is ideal.

• Strategic selling ability, working with performance and brand advertisers, as well as ad agencies is beneficial.
• Strong existing relationships across media agencies and clients within sectors such as: Travel, Fashion, Shopping, Sports, Fitness, Food delivery, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Media, Finance or Automotive industry.
• Self-driven and take ownership to drive revenue and customer success.
• Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with teams.
• A strong track record of outstanding achievement against revenue targets.
• Solid understanding of the media agency landscape across the DACH region.
