You will play a role in crafting highly individualized, world-class solutions for global enterprise giants and visionaries. This isn't just about business development; it’s about understanding the DNA of our partners and building the bespoke frameworks that help them lead their industries.
Key responsibilities ✨
Strategy & Market Intelligence
Deep-Dive Research: Scan the market to identify emerging industry trends and perform competitor benchmarking to ensure our offers remain best-in-class.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage external data and internal analytics (e.g., cost-saving simulations) to build a solid business case for every solution.
Solution Design & Content Creation
High-Impact Deliverables: Create "wow-effect" client resources, including polished slide decks, intuitive data visualizations, and clear documentation.
Knowledge Management: Build and maintain our internal "brain" by creating Notion pages and templates that help the team scale.
Client Engagement & Collaboration
Workshop Orchestration: Take the lead on preparing client workshops—from designing the agenda and slides to managing the logistics.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the bridge between internal teams to ensure everyone is aligned and that we deliver exactly what the client needs.
About you
- You are currently pursuing or about to pursue a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- You have had initial professional experience (e.g., internships, volunteer work, or academic projects); experience in an international environment is highly desirable.
- You have demonstrated an interest in data analysis, including data collection and interpretation.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including formulas and data manipulation) is required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools, especially Looker, is a plus.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- You are able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
- You have strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You demonstrate a proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) is a strong plus.
