For our central Talent, Learning & Development function, we are now looking for a Leadership & Talent Development Expert (m/f/d) to join our dedicated Leadership Development team .

In this role, you will support the development of our trainees and junior managers - from conception to implementation. You will support our talents in taking on responsibility and actively shaping the future of healthcare.

• You are responsible for the operational design, evaluation, management and strategic development of our trainee and junior manager development programs at Helios
• As a contact person, you are responsible for qualification measures for our trainees and junior managers
• You will develop concepts, organize and implement qualification measures and projects taking into account new trends (eLearning, blended learning, etc.)
• You use budget data, key figures and evaluation results as a basis for well-founded decisions in program management
• As part of your tasks, you will develop and implement effective personnel development concepts and standards, taking into account the requirements of the target positions
• You will present your topics independently to various committees, such as managers and decision-makers

• You have a degree in economics, humanities or social sciences with a focus on personnel management, psychology; ideally you also have an additional qualification as a coach or systemic consultant (m/f/d)
• You have several years of experience in human resources and personnel development, preferably in a corporate group
• You communicate in a reflective, clear and differentiated manner and have a confident manner. At the same time, you show sensitivity in dealing with different stakeholders
• You work independently, responsibly and efficiently - even in dynamic working environments
• You are proactive and results-oriented, get things done and at the same time impress with your integrity, sense of responsibility and conflict resolution skills
• You fulfill the legally required measles protection certificate
