As Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founder and leadership team on the topics that drive our growth, from strategy and performance marketing to operations and expansion. You will gain deep insight into how a fast-growing e-commerce company operates and scales, while taking on real responsibility from day one.

Tasks

• Work closely with the founder on strategic projects across growth, operations, and international expansion
• Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights
• Support performance marketing by evaluating campaigns, creatives, and funnels
• Optimize supply chain and operations processes together with our partners
• Drive cross-functional projects and ensure execution across teams
• Prepare presentations, financial models, and decision templates
• Identify new growth opportunities and test new initiatives
• Take over full ownership of selected business areas after onboarding

Requirements

• Academic background in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in e-commerce business models, performance marketing, and digital growth mechanics
• Hands-on mentality with a strong bias toward execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; other languages are a plus
