Progress is tracked digitally, while our trainers provide individualized coaching.
Join a highly experienced founding team in the fitness industry – we scaled BEAT81 from scratch to 35 locations and are now reimagining strength training.
Tasks
Our operations are structured into three pillars: Expansion, Country Organization, and Central Operations.
This role sits within the Country Organization and supports the day-to-day running and optimization of the ongoing business across studios and cities.
You report directly to the co-founder responsible for the Country Organization.
This is a hands-on execution role with broad exposure to country-level operations and a strong people-leadership trajectory.
**
What you will do**
> Short term (Months 1-6)
- Run Berlin City Operations on an interim basis to gain first-hand operational experience
- Contribute to building the foundation of the City Operation SOPs
- Learn and apply OPS KPIs and Country Organization financial reporting
> Mid term (Months 7–12)
- Transition from interim City Operations and grow into a leadership role
- Act as operational “back-up” and problem-solver for City Management
- Take ownership for the Country Organization P&L
- Close collaboration with the Expansion team as expand to new cities
> Long term (Months 13+)
- Manage the Country Organization including city management, trainer recruiting, scheduling, property management and HR teams
- Close collaboration with Central Ops on process definition and rollouts
- Close collaboration with Expansion as we launch new studios and cities
> Additional Ownerships (from Month 1)
- Additional ownerships and projects possible based on interest and capability to support the founders in their day-to-day, particularly with regard to finance and fundraising

This role is:
- Hands-on and execution-focused
- Close to daily operations and real operational issues
- Responsible for city-level management and Country Organization P&L
This role is not:
- A strategy or pure concept role (though structuring SOPs can be a big part of it)
- Part of Central Ops or Expansion
Requirements
- Early-career professional or recent graduate with strong execution drive
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, operational environments
- Highly motivated to seize the opportunity this role holds
- Reliable, structured, and pragmatic
- Willing to take ownership of day-to-day topics and see them through
- Good communication skills; comfortable coordinating across teams
- Interest in operations, people, and running a real-world business
- German C1 required
