Tasks

• Assist the founders in daily operational tasks and strategic planning to drive the company's growth and success.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and challenges within the staffing and recruiting industry, focusing on Gen Z talent and go-to-market teams.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at attracting both candidates and companies, leveraging social media and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall candidate and client experience.
• Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing insights and recommendations from a Gen Z perspective to align company strategies with target demographics.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German (C2) with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in staffing, recruiting, or go-to-market strategies, particularly involving Gen Z talent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
