Location: Berlin

Tasks

You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development in Berlin on further scaling Gauder and positioning the company as a leading brand in the home improvement and DIY space.

• Work closely with the Venture Development Team on new product launches, market entries, and go-to-market initiatives
• Support the analysis of sales performance and help identify growth opportunities across marketplaces and retail channels
• Help prepare reports, forecasts, and business cases for strategic decisions
• Gain insights into how to scale a business and contribute to projects that drive real impact

Requirements

• First experience in business development, consulting, e-commerce, or a high-growth startup
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business-related field of study.
• Strong analytical skills – you’re fluent in Excel/Sheets and confident working with numbers
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you take initiative, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
• Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1) – both written and spoken; additional languages are considered a plus
