Your Role & Key Responsibilities

In this role , you are responsible for ensuring the technical infrastructure and cont in uous data flow needed for the integration of our shopfloor apps with our customers ’ production lines . You will join the Customer Success Department and closely interact and collaborate with the entire FactoryPal Team, which delivers our SaaS solution to the customer. Also , you will work in close cooperation and alignment with the digital service and engineering team s of our associated Valmet entities.

• Design, configure, and maintain data acquisition systems and interfaces across industrial devices (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, MES, ERP, sensors), ensuring alignment with the IEC 62443 / ISA99 Purdue model.

• Set up and manage IIoT gateways and data pipelines, supporting secure and scalable integrations with cloud platforms.

• Provide service and support for existing deployments of our solution in close coordination with FactoryPal’s service & support team.

• Apply strong data lifecycle management practices, including continuous system monitoring, diagnostics, and structured incident response.

• Identify and evaluate emerging edge and ML solutions that can better meet customer challenges and strengthen the FactoryPal offering.
