Junior Operations Associate (25 hours - negotiable) starting date from March 1, 2026

The role:

Are you deeply interested and hungry to grow your hands-on operational skills in ecommerce? Are you a critical thinker, have a strong analytical brain, and have great attention to detail? If you’ve got these traits and are someone who can prove they take action - we would love to hear from you!

We will train you to be successful in this role to start with but you must be able to think on your feet, take initiative and adapt. You’ll help us build on and solidify the operational foundations of the brand giving the necessary bandwidth to grow and innovate more vigorously.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and CEO, as well as other department managers as we grow the brand together from strength to strength!

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Compile purchase orders using Google Sheets and Demand Planning software.

• Coordinating with the Warehouse and Marketing team to reduce deadstock and improve system accuracy.

• Support with inventory forecasting.

• Investigating discrepancies and making adjustments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our ERP system.

• Assisting with the transition to a new ERP system.

• Assigning stock regularly to Amazon FBA warehouses (no prior Amazon experience necessary).

• Coordinating with our preferred freight forwarders to get stock to our warehouse.

• Assisting management in tackling high priority or ad hoc operational tasks.

• Depending on hours: part of the role in the first year will also see you solving challenges for our customers and creating the best experience possible whilst working with our amazing in-house customer support team. You will be trained well.

  Here´s what we´re looking for:

• 0-2 years working in a similar operational role with hands-on experience.

• Competent with Excel/Google Sheets and at analytical tasks.

• Able to work effectively with other teams to achieve shared goals.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Good business acumen.

• Able to communicate clearly, build trust & relationships.

• Great at problem solving on your own but not shy to ask questions.

• Prioritisation skills and disciplined.

• Very reliable and organised.

• Possesses a growth mindset and loves to accomplish tasks.

• Fluent in English (a working knowledge of German is a plus).

• You’re as passionate about your hobby as we are about strength training.
