YOUR JOB
We’re looking for a Strategic Partner Development Manager to activate and scale one of our most important growth levers: Deutsche Telekom. In this role, you will build repeatable partner motions that generate pipeline at scale. You’ll be the primary interface between DataGuard and Telekom, ensuring Telekom teams are continuously enabled, motivated, and actively contributing pipeline momentum.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You own and scale Deutsche Telekom as a strategic partner, driving measurable partner-sourced pipeline and revenue impact.
You design and execute high-impact activation initiatives such as calling days, joint events, fairs, workshops, and co-sell campaigns.
You establish repeatable partner motions, ensuring clean lead routing, CRM alignment, clear SLAs, and strong follow-through.
You expand existing Mid-Market success into the Large Enterprise segment by leveraging partner networks and executive relationships.
You maintain operational excellence through structured cadence, forecasting discipline, and clear pipeline reporting.
You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to continuously refine and scale the Telekom growth playbook.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD
Proven experience in partner or channel sales, ideally working with large enterprise resellers or strategic ecosystem partners.
Strong track record of activating partners and generating measurable pipeline impact in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within security, compliance, or adjacent B2B tech industries.
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and communicate confidently at senior levels in both German and English.
High level of ownership and execution strength; you build momentum without waiting for perfect structures.
Strong operational mindset with experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and partner reporting discipline.
Willingness to travel frequently and engage partners on-site to drive activation and relationship depth.
Professional presence and credibility in external partner-facing settings.
