We are Propstack, a fast-growing tech startup from Berlin. Our web-based CRM software helps our clients with real estate marketing. Our customers are real estate agencies, property developers, and project sales teams. We have been successfully transforming the real estate market with our product for several years. Since last year, we belong to ImmoScout24 together with FLOWFACT. With the help of our parent company, we plan to expand our target group of potential customers and continue expanding in Europe.

Propstack real estate software serves as the digital office for real estate agents—the heart of our customers' business. We're on track to become the market leader by offering the most innovative real estate software available. With ImmoScout24, by far the strongest marketing platform, backing us, we've already integrated many essential components of real estate agents' daily operations into our ecosystem. Our mission is to bring all these elements together, simplifying agents' workflows through maximum automation to streamline their path to successful deals. We're delivering this vision not only through our cloud-based web platform and mobile apps, but also as we expand beyond Germany's borders.

How your role will look like:
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Feature Discovery & Partnership Integration: Lead the discovery of innovative AI features, concepts, and partnership integrations that add value to our B2B customers, mainly real estate agents.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX, Marketing, Pricing, Tech, and Sales to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Take ownership of initiatives that enhance customer engagement, regularly engaging with customers to gather feedback and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Growth Enablement: Collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth in your product area, leveraging customer insights, data-driven decisions, and market trends.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Regularly engage with customers to gather insights and integrate feedback into the product development process, ensuring we meet evolving customer needs.
  • KPI Monitoring & Steering: Monitor and steer KPIs to ensure product success and continuous improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
What you need to succeed:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, feature conception, and partnership integrations.
  • Experience with conversion optimization and engagement loops with products.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across UX, Marketing, Pricing, Tech, and Sales.
  • Experience using data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform and drive product strategy.
  • Ability to create low-fi wireframes and pitch decks to visualize ideas and garner stakeholder buy-in.
  • Proven track record of monitoring and steering KPIs to drive product growth and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
  • Fluent in English and German.
