Project Manager (m/f/x) - Berlin

Your tasks and responsibilities:

We are looking for YOU in the Berlin region if you are an ambitious individual with a keen interest in complex large-scale projects who can support our customers and project teams in the implementation of exciting projects and take on the following project management tasks:

• Control and coordination tasks in projects/subprojects
• Establishment of project teams and infrastructures
• Implementation of project controlling (costs, deadlines, quality)
• Implementation of risk management systems, document management, change management
• Use of modern project management methods and tools

For our change and transformation projects, we are also looking for communicative personalities who can lead change projects to operational excellence at our customers and help shape continuous improvement.

• You will take on the responsible management of improvement projects using the lean management approach and will be in close contact with our customers.
• You will help shape our expansion of regional activities in the Berlin area with projects in construction, mechanical engineering, and plant engineering.
• You make initial acquisitions and win new customers with your enthusiasm.

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

• Completed technical degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, or a comparable field of study
• At least 3 years of professional experience in total
• Enthusiasm for lean management and digital project management methods
• Experience with different agile working methods
• Personally, you impress with your initiative, strong communication skills, and high level of commitment.
• Confidence in presenting content
