Project Manager (m/f/d) - Stuttgart

Your tasks and responsibilities:

We are looking for a curious person for lean management in the project business, preferably from the construction or plant engineering industry. Expertise, leadership experience, and a willingness to learn in the areas of engineering (planning), procurement (contracting), production, or construction (execution) are relevant to us. A communicative personality is required to lead change projects toward operational excellence at our customers' sites and to shape continuous improvement. Specific tasks include:

• Management of change and transformation projects for our customers in the construction and plant engineering industry
• Responsible management of projects involving intensive contact with our customers, in particular scheduling and construction management
• Expansion of regional activities in the Stuttgart/Baden-Württemberg and Munich/Bavaria regions with projects in construction, mechanical engineering, and plant engineering
• Initial acquisition of projects and consultations with demanding clients

Your QUALIFICATION:

• Completed technical degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, or a comparable field of study
• A total of at least 10 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years of management experience in project business
• Experience with different agile working methods
• Enthusiasm for lean management
• Experience in leading teams
• Personally, you impress with your initiative, strong communication skills, and high level of commitment.
• Confidence in presenting content
