Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end data migration solutions for SAP MDG and S/4HANA using SAP Data Services.
• Analyze legacy data sources and map data structures to SAP MDG/S/4HANA target models.
• Build data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) jobs ensuring high data quality and compliance with business rules.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams (MDG, S/4HANA, business SMEs) to validate requirements and migration strategies.
• Experience in building validation reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of master and transactional data.
• Participate in data mock loads, cutover activities, and post-go-live data validation.
• Develop documentation including mapping specifications, technical design, test cases, and validation reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, and other regulatory standards specific to the pharmaceutical industry.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 implementation experience on SAP S4HANA/Private Cloud
• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations using Focused Build methodology.
• Deep expertise in SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build components:
• Requirements-to-Deploy (R2D) lifecycle.
• Change and Release Management (ChaRM).
• Test Management and Defect Handling.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery model, Fit-to-Standard approach, and SAP Activate methodology.
