Tasks

About the Role

We are looking for a Scientific Founder’s Associate to work directly with our founders, especially our Chief Medical Officer, on some of the most important clinical, scientific, and strategic topics across the company.

This is not a classic research role and not a standard clinical operations position. It is a founder-adjacent, high-ownership role at the intersection of:

• clinical research
• evidence generation
• scientific communication
• product and AI validation
• strategic company building

You will work closely with our internal R&D team and leading collaborators from institutions such as Charité Berlin, Mayo Clinic, UCSF, Duke, and others across Europe and the U.S.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, think deeply, and help build a category-defining digital health company from the inside.

Requirements

What you will do

• Work directly with the founders on high-priority clinical, scientific, and strategic projects
• Support and help shape Noah Labs’ evidence generation strategy across clinical trials, AI validation, and real-world studies
• Contribute to protocol design, endpoint definitions, analysis concepts, and interpretation of clinical data
• Draft and co-author publications, abstracts, conference submissions, and scientific materials
• Translate clinical and scientific findings into clear internal and external narratives for clinicians, partners, investors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with R&D and data science to validate models and turn findings into product improvements
• Support regulatory, grant, and medical communication workstreams as needed

Who you are

• MD, PhD, or comparable background in medicine, clinical sciences, or a related field
• Strong interest or experience in cardiology, heart failure, digital health, AI, or clinical research
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in medicine, consulting, strategy, digital health, research, or medical device development
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent written communication
• Excited by ambiguity, ownership, and startup speed
• Motivated to work very closely with founders and contribute beyond a single function

Strong plus

• Experience in cardiology / heart failure
• Experience in startup, consulting, VC, or founder-adjacent roles
• Publication / abstract writing experience
• Familiarity with GCP, ISO 14155, MDR, FDA, or medical device evidence generation
• Exposure to the U.S. healthcare system
