Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & Product
Location: Sonova (Global)
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & Product to shape and execute Sonova’s global digital strategy. You’ll lead transformation initiatives across web, CRM/ERP, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs .
Lead cross-functional teams in delivering global digital programs.
Own product lifecycle from roadmap to delivery and scaling.
Translate strategy into delivery plans, managing risks and stakeholders.
Champion customer-first design informed by data and insights.
Drive adoption of agile delivery, digital operations, and product management.
Influence senior leaders and manage vendor partnerships
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing, or Business.
Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation.
Strong background in product strategy, agile delivery, and innovation.
Excellent stakeholder management across regions and functions.
Fluent in English.
