The Role: Visiting Founders Associate
- You’ll work directly with the founders on strategic and operational topics across the company — from building delivery excellence and driving product innovation to supporting sales and business intelligence.
- This is not a "get coffee and make slides” internship. It’s a true hands-on role with direct founder exposure, early responsibility, and measurable impact from day one.

What You’ll Do
- Customer Success / Delivery
- - Own client relationships end-to-end — from onboarding to delivery and ongoing success
- - Coordinate execution between our AI agents, creative, and product teams to ensure outstanding results
- - Translate client insights into actionable ideas that drive innovation
- - Build and maintain dashboards to track performance and outcomes
- Sales
- - Lead outreach campaigns and represent Emerge in client conversations
- - Own the full sales cycle for your own opportunities — from leads to closing
- - Create persuasive sales materials, decks, and KPI reports
- Product / Tech
- - Help evolve our digital products, from websites to internal no-code tools
- - Conduct user research, document requirements, and turn insights into improvements
- - Test new features and ensure data quality for analytics and decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- - You’re currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Tech, or a related field
- - You bring strong analytical and organizational skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset
- - You’re passionate about AI, automation, and building the future of work
- - You have gained initial experience in demanding, dynamic environments (e.g. startups, consulting, investment banking, or similar)
- - You thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership from day one
- - You’re available for at least 3 months and fluent in German
