Clearing Manager (External) - Remote in LATAM (100%)
To start work immediately or at a later date by agreement.
The Clearing Manager ensures accurate, timely roaming settlement and serves as the trusted point of contact for customers and roaming partners. The role combines strong analytical expertise with a customer-centric approach to resolve disputes and maintain transparent communication. By safeguarding the accuracy of financial clearing and fostering reliable customer and partner relationships, the position directly contributes to operational excellence, revenue protection, and long-term business collaboration.
Your responsibilities
  • Primary contact for clearing customers and roaming partners
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely, high-quality communication
  • Resolve inquiries with clear, data-driven explanations
  • Monitor accounts and address discrepancies proactively
  • Manage disputes using an analysis and solution-focused approach
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and settlement timelines
  • Drive improvements by identifying issues and proposing solutions
Your profile
Must-have Experience & Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the roaming industry, clearing/settlement area
  • Solid understanding of roaming processes, settlement procedures, and inter-operator billing
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken

Nice-to-have Skills
  • Experience in accounting or financial reconciliation
  • Knowledge of Portuguese languages

Education & Professional Background
  • Completed commercial vocational training or similar professional education
  • Additional professional or advanced training in finance or telecommunications is an advantage

  • High level of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
