As a Test Engineer at IBM, your technical skills will directly impact the quality of the software we create, and your recommendations and findings will help us make sure we're delivering the best of the best. Whether the testing is manual, automated, or cognitive, you hold a key role in releasing the best deliverables to our clients and IBM alike. In your role, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing a robust test automation strategy.
• Developing and maintaining test scripts for REST APIs and cloud-based platforms.
• Conducting performance, load, and security testing.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure test coverage and quality.

Switzerland

• Extensive experience in test automation frameworks and strategy / concept
• Excellent knowledge oh Test Automation tools, scripting, programming
• Hands-on experience in REST API testing and SQL
• Working knowledge of load and security testing tools
• Experience in working in agile environments (Scrum/SAFe)
• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
• Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit.

• Experience using Jira
• Familiarity with AI-based test generation
• Understanding of cloud environments
• Skills in TypeScript
• Python knowledge
