We are partnering with a truly international company, with offices worldwide, that is at a pivotal stage in its HR transformation. The business is establishing a HR Business Partnering function - moving from a reactive HR service model to a proactive, strategic People & Culture partner.
This is a rare opportunity to build something new: a modern HR Business Partnering function within an established, global business. The role will suit an ambitious HR leader who thrives on combining operational excellence with strategic impact and wants to make a lasting mark on how HR partners with the business.
Aufgabengebiet
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Operations Managers
- Modernize HR processes and establish HR as a trusted, forward-looking business partner
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll (via external provider), contracts, policies, labor relations, works council collaboration, and the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
- Drive strategic projects such as the implementation of a new HRIS, development of a global grading framework, and delivery of culture, values, and engagement programs
- Partner closely with business leaders to ensure local HR delivery is aligned with global initiatives and standards
Anforderungsprofil
- Senior HR leader with deep HR operations expertise, including German labor law and works council collaboration
- Proven track record in transforming HR from reactive to strategic
- Hands-on, pragmatic leadership style - equally comfortable with detail and strategy
- Skilled in leading, inspiring, and mentoring teams
- Strong relationship-builder, trusted partner, and adept at aligning local execution with global direction
