Systems Engineering Architect for Telecommunication Missions (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Collaborate with System Engineering Manager in the definition of the satellite architecture and its implementation along the system/satellite lifecycle
- Perform analyses of satellite functional and interface requirements
- Contribute to the spacecraft validation and verification on system level
- Coordinate key technical budgets, including electrical power, propellant, telemetry, command, pointing, and mass properties
- Contribute to the creation of Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) plans and operational strategies
- Oversee satellite test preparations and provide expert review of test results
- Support the definition of Test Specifications for System Level Tests and Verification
- Support the development and maintenance of spacecraft databases and simulators
- Participate in the execution of the system level tests
- Contribute to the project risk management for risks of technical nature
Your Qualifications
- Master degree in engineering, physics or aerospace engineering or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in satellite implementation projects (phase B2/C/D)
- Experience in technical negotiations with the customer
- Self-managed and pro-active working style
- Ability to work with and implement processes
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of English and German
