Senior Manager QA 100% (m/f/d)

To support our continuous organic growth, we are looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Global Quality System department, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Manager QA (f/m/d), 100%

Your tasks:

• Development, optimization and harmonization of global GMP processes and concepts
• Hands-on support for local sites for the effective and lean implementation of these GMP processes and concepts
• Collaboration and management of global GMP compliance projects
• Conducting internal audits, also across sites
• Close cooperation with QA Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Technical Operations to ensure a holistic understanding of quality
• Global Quality Reporting and Assessment (QSMR, KPIs)

Your profile:

• Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences)
• Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical-chemical industry, including at least 5 years in quality assurance
• Very good GMP knowledge, especially GMP rules of the EU and USA
• Experience in the evaluation and processing of complex, cross-site quality issues
• Experience in a global QA (Corporate Quality) unit is a clear advantage
• Experience in dealing with customers and authorities
• experience as Auditor
• Ideally experience in process analysis and optimization as well as project management
• Structured, solution-oriented and communicative personality with a high level of personal responsibility
• Very good oral and written expression in German and English
• Knowledge of common IT systems (e.g. electronic quality management systems (Veeva), SAP, LIMS, MS Office)
