Your responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the software development strategy in close coordination with the Director of Innovation
• Establishment, management, and further development of an interdisciplinary software development team
• Responsibility for architecture, code quality, scalability, and security
• Prioritization and management of development projects in accordance with the product roadmap
• Active participation in software development (hands-on) and maintenance of existing solutions
• Introduction and optimization of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Collaboration with product management, hardware development, ICT, and external partners
• Observation and integration of relevant technology trends (cloud, AI, DevOps, microservices)

• In-depth knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
• Expertise in CI/CD with Azure DevOps, cloud architectures, microservices, and container technologies
• Advantageous: Experience with IoT/energy technologies and security requirements
