Your Tasks:

• Ensure data quality, compliance and reporting
• Manage the ERP implementation and optimize processes
• Further develop workflows in financial accounting, inventory management and payroll
• Prepare and support audits, budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate closely with departments and management to achieve strategic goals

Your Profile:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or comparable field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in controlling, audit or accounting
• Solid knowledge of accounting, reporting and ERP systems (ideally MS Business Central)
• Project management skills and very good Excel knowledge
• Fluent German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
• Analytical mindset, structured way of working and strong communication skills
