HR Controller (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to strengthen our HR team at our locations in Hamburg, Husum, Cuxhaven, or Bremen.

• You create regular HR reports, ad-hoc analyses, and board-ready presentations based on available HR data.
• You independently conduct personnel planning in close coordination with HR management and controlling.
• You identify optimization potentials and actively drive the further development of HR controlling regarding new topics, methods, and processes.
• Additionally, you support the conceptual development and enhancement of HR controlling tools in collaboration with HR management and the IT department.
• You analyze and evaluate the development of the HR department and derive concrete recommendations for action to improve HR performance.
• You work closely with our international subsidiaries regarding the provision of salary and master data.
• Furthermore, you actively contribute to operational and strategic projects within the HR department.

• You have a degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education, ideally with further training in the HR field.
• You have several years of professional experience in HR controlling.
• Enthusiasm for HR topics and a holistic perspective beyond pure controlling characterize you.
• Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and proactivity in actively shaping and improving processes complement your profile.
• You are communicative, flexible, and enjoy working with interfaces.
• English is optional and considered an advantage but not a requirement.
