• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and support Zero Harm objectives
• Maintain manufacturing processes that consistently deliver products meeting safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and Right First Time (RFT) manufacturing
• Develop, implement, validate, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, digital systems, and methods of manufacture
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery performance, and lead times
• Analyse process and production data to identify trends, improve capability, and support decision-making
• Apply and maintain manufacturing process controls and engineering standards within the area of responsibility
• Plan and manage engineering activities, including schedules, resources, risks, and costs, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines
• Support technical problem-solving activities and investigate manufacturing, quality, and product safety issues
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to achieve business objectives
• Capture, share, and implement lessons learned and best practices across the organisation
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to colleagues and contribute to capability development within the team
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and external partners to support manufacturing objectives

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Degree, HND, Foundation Degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Experience within a manufacturing, production, or engineering environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and methods of manufacture.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering principles and process improvement techniques.
• Experience analysing and resolving manufacturing or process-related issues.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Desirable:
• Professional engineering accreditation (e.g., IEng, CEng, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, digital manufacturing tools, and enabling software
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Understanding of quality management systems and product safety requirements
• Experience within a highly regulated engineering or manufacturing environment
