What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Supporting the execution of Grünenthal’s investor relations strategy and ensuring consistent communication with investors and credit rating agencies
• Preparing quarterly earnings materials including financial reports, investor presentations, and Q&A documents
• Coordinating investor events like earnings calls, conferences, and Roadshows
• Monitoring market trends, analyst reports, and peer performance to provide insights to senior leadership
• Collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Communications) to ensure accurate and compliant disclosures
• Contributing to ESG and sustainability reporting and corporate communications

What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, corporate finance, or controlling
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial statements and capital markets
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with IR tools like Bloomberg is a bonus
• A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
