As a full time Trucking Planner, you have the aim to follow up transport assignments, taking quality standards of the organization and specific demands of the customer into account .

Trucking Planner is part of our operational department which is responsible for the most optimal realization of transport assignments, adhering to quality standards of the organization and taking into account customer demands. As a planner your ultimate goal is to optimize planning and instruct drivers.

With our team of enthusiastic colleagues we are running flexible working shifts, following and planning over 210 trucks by using an innovative transport management system.

Job responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and coordinating the daily transport activities;
• Verifying /checking drivers’ activity and trucks position;
• Informing drivers about transport details (loading/ unloading, goods etc);
• Using specific monitoring systems and transport management systems;
• Maintain complete and correct administrative records;
• Using specific tools to update the required information;
• Create consignment and planning in operational systems;
• Calculating routing and monitoring the general performance and utilization of the trucks;
• Actively communicating with internal and external partners;
• Proactively sharing insight and needs about operational issues.

Summarizing, the challenge of this role involves interaction with drivers, dispatchers, and transport companies in different countries within Europe, being multitasking and accurate in verifying, informing and providing proper solutions to operational matters.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for an organized person with a strong motivation to work in transports. Previous transport work experience is a plus;
• You need to be fluent in English and Hungarian;
• The ideal candidate should have a hands-on mentality, be solution-oriented, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills;
