As a (Senior) Manager SAP HR Fullstack Developer (f/m/d), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
The following tasks await you:
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements, including the creation of mockups for existing customers
- Identification and creation of relevant use cases in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Preparation and facilitation of workshops with customers and internal teams
- Making technical decisions regarding the use of platforms and interface technologies
- Developing business scenarios or solution architectures while working closely with customers
- Leading smaller teams or projects with responsibility for delivery and coordination
Qualifications Qualifications
To be well-prepared for your path as a (Senior) Manager SAP HR Fullstack Developer (f/m/d), you bring the following qualifications:
- A completed degree or several years of professional experience in SAP HR Fullstack Development, supported by strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, and UI5.
- Passion and strong stakeholder management skills when working with business and IT counterparts.
- Expertise in HR processes and interface technologies, with solid knowledge of SAP and non-SAP integrations; experience with PA/OM and ESS/MSS is considered a plus.
- A working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams.

- Start: By agreement - always at the beginning of a month
- Working hours: Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days
