About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated working student to support our customer service teams in Germany and the UK by handling user requests and complaint cases. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing healthcare startup and play an active role in improving how we support our users.
In this position, you will work closely with our internal teams and external support partners to ensure cases are resolved efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Aufgaben
Key Responsibilities
- End-user & Customer Support: Handle customer and end-user inquiries or issues from Germany and the UK via phone and email, ensuring professional and customer-oriented solutions.
- Support Coordination: Work closely with our call center partners to ensure smooth handling of escalations and service requests.
- Reporting, Analysis & Documentation: Generate service reports, track case progress and provide insights for management.
- Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Qualifikation
Requirements
- Student Status: Currently enrolled at a German university (valid enrolment certificate required).
- Working Hours: Available 10–12 hours per week for daily operational support.
- Language: Fluency in German and English (C1) is necessary for phone and written communications.
- Experience: Previous experience working with or in call centers is a benefit.
- Work Style: Strong self-organization and a structured way of working.
- Technical Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable learning new systems/software.
- Communication & Customer Mindset: You are empathetic, a strong communicator and team-oriented.
- **Location:**Remote; residence in the Düsseldorf area is a benefit
