  • Partner constructively with co-determination bodies and HR to ensure sustainable and people-oriented solutions

Your profile

  • Recognised role model for a strong HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) culture
  • Academic degree in engineering (ideally electrical or renewables) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of operational management experience in energy assets (ideally renewables), with experience in people management and collaboration with co-determination bodies
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, empower and motivate teams in dynamic and evolving environments
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and business excellence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to identify and implement improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to connect and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in complex environments
  • Identification with the Uniper Way – bringing a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Willingness to undertake international travel
