To support our global functions (60+ employees across four sites) we are looking for an HR Business Partner. You will be responsible for setting up and coordinating key HR processes at Divisional level and providing central support and partnering for recruiting global roles, onboarding/offboarding, appraisals, learning and development, and cross-regional compensation alignment. In this role you will work closely with the Divisional leadership on capability needs, succession planning, and our employer value proposition.

Your duties

  • Define divisional capability/skills framework and manage succession planning for key roles

  • Lead recruitment for global divisional positions; manage agencies, negotiate terms, and maintain a shared talent pool

  • Implement a divisional onboarding/offboarding layer that complements local site processes

  • Design and run an aligned performance appraisal process for divisional teams

  • Lead Learning & Development: curate training providers, coordinate essential trainings, and establish coaching/mentoring programs

  • Define interfaces and governance with site HR and serve as a neutral point of contact for divisional employees

  • Coordinate compensation/benefits alignment across regions for divisional roles

  • Support Success Factors rollout with divisional structures, workflows, and reporting

  • Contribute to employee engagement surveys, culture initiatives, and employer branding efforts

Your profile

  • 5+ years in HR, including multi-site or divisional/global exposure in a matrix environment

  • Proven ability to build or standardize HR processes across locations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (German and Spanish a plus); able to translate HR concepts into clear guidance for managers and teams

  • Strong cross-cultural sensitivity and strong relationship-building with Leaders and HR; teams

  • Autonomous and hands-on mindset

  • Flexibility to travel occasionally across sites

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
