About this Position
The HR Org Transformation Manager is a key member of the Corporate HRBP team, responsible for coordinating HR-related activities across M&A projects, due diligence phases, internal reorganizations, and broader organizational transformation initiatives. The role ensures organizational alignment, smooth employee transitions, and compliance with global standards, working in close partnership with: Corporate HRBP teams, Local HR teams, External consultants and legal experts, Business leaders and functional workstreams. The HR Org Transformation Manager drives structured execution across critical HR and people-related workstreams, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, transformation objectives, and HR governance frameworks.
What you´ll do
- Support the relevant HRBP in translating business and transformation strategies (e.g., M&A, due diligence, reorganizations) into clear, structured HR action plans with milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies
- Support HR due diligence activities by coordinating people-related analyses (organization, workforce, leadership, culture, risks) and synthesizing insights for decision-making
- Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment, enabling informed HRBP decision-making and consistent global messaging
- Develop and execute integration communication materials including presentations, FAQs, cascades, and leadership briefings
- Coordinate organizational design and Day-1 readiness activities in close collaboration with Corporate HRBP, local HR, and business leaders
- Support organizational design, talent assessments, and harmonization efforts through structured analysis and clear recommendations
- Track and coordinate HR transactional and operational activities (e.g., contracts, payroll, HR systems, policies) with local HR teams to ensure operational accuracy during transitions
- Apply integration playbooks, monitor KPIs, and proactively identify risks and issues
- Facilitate HR governance routines and act as the central coordination point for integration topics, escalating strategic matters as needed
- Serve as a central coordination and escalation point for transformation-related HR topics, raising strategic issues to the Corporate HRBP as required
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in HR, project management, and proven experience in M&A or large-scale transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to manage complex, international projects with a structured, solution-oriented mindset and high ownership, and fluency in English as a working language
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to create clear, compelling narratives for senior leaders
- Sound understanding of HR governance, organizational design, and cultural integration in global environments
- High motivation to work at the center of business transformation, with high visibility, cross-functional exposure, and continuous learning in M&A and change management
- Fluent English skills
