Your tasks:
- Preparation and control of the monthly payroll in cooperation with the tax office
- Preparation of vacation and compensatory time off provisions
- Maintaining and updating HR master data in HRIS
- First point of contact for managers and employees with questions about payroll, benefits and payroll processes
- Responsible for processing applications and certificates, including issuing certificates
- Supporting financial accounting in administrative matters, such as invoice approvals, insurance and travel expenses
- Improvement and optimization of existing administrative processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of payroll accounting
- Confident handling of HR systems such as Personio or rexx and MS Office
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Service-oriented communication
