Senior Commercial Excellence Specialist, New Cardiology EMEA

THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED IN MILAN, MADRID, LONDON, PARIS, DUSSELDORF

Part of our Process & Program Team New Cardio EMEA, the purpose of the Senior Commercial Excellence specialist role is to drive the processes and projects allowing our Sales & Marketing teams to be more efficient and more Customer Centric.

You will mainly interact with:

  • EMEA Cross-Divisional Customer-Centricity teams & Cloud platforms teams
  • EMEA Cross-divisional counterparts
  • NewCardio Commercial & Customer excellence Team
  • NewCardio Leadership Team, Cluster BUDs and Country management teams

Your responsibilities will include:

Commercial projects management & implementation

  • Project-manage key commercial initiatives within the division, in coordination with project leads & sponsors: drive and monitor progress, provide status updates, facilitate and contribute to execution and delivery.
  • Develop an approach and culture of change management & internal communications related to these commercial projects: make sure key stakeholders are involved, anticipate on organizational impacts, anticipate on key risks, propose solutions, make sure decisions are properly cascaded and implementation in line with initial objectives.

Change Management

  • Design and Implement Change management programs geared towards evolving our teams and managers’ behaviors – in a context of continuous evolution of market dynamics, business priorities, organizational design and tools / processes.
  • Ensure they are embedded in our managers’ coaching practices.

Commercial processes improvement - effectiveness & efficiency

  • Drive design and implementation of new/optimised Sales & Marketing processes and tools designed to operate with increased efficiency (ie: potentials collection, Customer segmentation, Field execution, Quarterly Business Review, Multichannel Lead conversion, …).
  • Monitor proper and effective execution of existing processes with a relevant set of KPIs.

Customer centricity

  • Pilot development & execution of our "Customer Centricity" initiatives: ensure the link with EMEA Customer-centricity team, support the design and implementation of our European and local action plans, ensure proper preparation and roll-out of our annual customer surveys.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Excellent understanding of the Commercial function in the Medical Device industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Customer focus / Customer-centricity
  • Good Communication / Influencing skills
  • Appetite for working in a matricial / non-hierarchical environment
  • SalesForce Cloud environment knowledge a plus.
