Your responsibilities
- During the 18-24 months trainee program, you will develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers, and the business environment.
- You will start in the Renewables – Asset Commercialization unit for the first six months of your trainee program, then rotate flexibly based on your career development path and interests across the organization – you design your personal placement plan and receive support from your mentor.
- You will learn from, network with, and collaborate with experts from different fields across Uniper, contribute your ideas and work on your own projects.
- You will contribute to and learn from our trainee community, receive training and development opportunities.
- In your predefined home unit Renewables, you will support Uniper’s mission in terms of renewable energies, e.g. by actively driving project development activities, assisting the engineering design team, helping in the development of our market strategies across Europe, supporting us in developing new business models & technologies, assisting in the acquisition or sale of assets or generation facilities, and support the commercial asset management of our renewable energy portfolio.
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in e.g. social sciences, engineering, IT, economics, preferably with a focus on renewable energies or equivalent education
- First practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities, ideally including intercultural experiences
- Motivation to learn and develop in an international environment, taking the initiative and proactivity while working in various teams
- Communication skills and the aim and skills to network among different stakeholders paired with analytical skills
- Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
- Choosing how, where, and when to work in accordance with your team and the requirements of your job
