• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for shareholder meetings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the company’s strategic narrative
• Support in the development of agendas, content, and action items for senior executive meetings
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders

• Drive key transformation initiatives across the holding together with functional leads, ensuring timely execution and measurable results
• Collaborate with holding functions to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that key business priorities are communicated and acted upon effectively
• Track and follow up on strategic initiatives, ensuring accountability and timely execution of action items

• Support in defining and refining the company’s group strategy.
• Develop strategic recommendations and business cases to support key decision-making
• Lead or contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals
• Provide insights and analysis to support leadership decision-making

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present clear insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing reports and presentations for senior executives and committees
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of corporate governance, financial reporting, and shareholder communication is an advantage
• Fluency in German and English mandatory
