Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You act as the HR/IT Implementation Lead for a large-scale HRMS transformation initiative, leading country roll-ins across the global landscape.
  • You drive the IT business analysis and implementation of the global HR/IT ecosystem in each country, including integrations and data transformation to support the transition from local legacy systems to the global platform.
  • You ensure that solution designs are scalable, locally adaptable, and aligned with the global HRMS template, while complying with our IT service management and IT compliance frameworks.
  • You think holistically, considering end-to-end HR processes and identifying cross-country dependencies and opportunities for harmonization.
  • You continuously improve the global HRMS solution—leveraging rollout feedback, innovation, and technologies such as AI to enhance functionality, user experience, and long-term scalability.
  • You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, local HR/IT teams, and external service providers to ensure smooth and timely roll-ins.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a degree in a field related to Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • You have longterm experience working with HCM solutions such as Workday or SAP HR/HCM.
  • You bring a deep understanding of global HR/IT processes and architectures, with the ability to adapt them to local requirements and integration needs.
  • You have led or contributed significantly to HR transformation initiatives, driving digitalization and innovation in HR/IT landscapes.
  • You have experience working in agile environments; familiarity with the ServiceNow NOW Create methodology is a plus.
  • You are experienced in working on international and interdisciplinary HR/IT projects, ideally across multiple countries or regions.
  • You have strong experience in managing and coordinating IT service providers.
  • You are familiar with compliance requirements relevant to IT projects in regulated industries, particularly in the healthcare sector.

  • Your English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written, and German language skills are an advantage.
  • You have a personal affinity with the digital world and modern cloud-based technology.
  • You strive to translate business challenges and operational challenges into value-adding technology solutions.
  • You are a well-structured and detail oriented worker with a strong ability to think analytically, you are able to work independently, and you have a thirst for knowledge.
  • You work efficiently and you don't compromise on quality, even under intense time pressure and in highly complex situations.
  • You have particularly strong teamworking skills, are proactive and like taking the lead on topics and you are highly motivated to drive topics to completion and deliver.
  • You have a knack for stakeholder management and a high level of service orientation.
  • You already have extensive experience with international and intercultural cooperation.
  • You communicate reliably across all organizational levels and working cultures.
