As a mandatory intern (f/m/d) at Siemens, you have the unique opportunity to contribute your strengths in a diverse range of tasks and gain practical experience

We are looking for a motivated student to join our AI Lab and help make AI models more understandable and trustworthy by integrating interpretability methods into our LLM frameworks.

You’ll make an impact by

• You are part of an international team of data scientists and software developers with diverse backgrounds
• You support the development and integration of interpretability methods into our existing LLM frameworks
• Furthermore, you conduct desktop research as well as contribute actively to our internal knowledge sharing
• Additionally, you assist with content development and communication
• You contribute to other AI Lab projects as and when needed

 

This is how you'll win us over

• You are currently enrolled in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field of study
• You have strong coding skills, particularly in Python, SQL, and Terraform
• You are interested in interpretability, explainable AI and LLMs
• You have basic understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Snowflake
• You are a self-motivated individual who learns quickly and takes initiative
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and result-driven approach
• You thrive in collaborative environments and maintain an open-minded attitude
• You possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
