Job Description Summary

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Pricing & Value Optimization Manager to support our complex Specimen Management (SM) portfolio across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This role involves leading pricing, value optimization, and business intelligence initiatives, collaborating with country and cluster leaders, and driving key strategic projects.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead pricing, value optimization, and business intelligence development and execution for the SM portfolio.
• Develop and deploy new pricing strategies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with country and cluster leaders to advance key strategies and ensure adherence to regional policies.
• Provide leadership to country analysts to drive business priorities across the region.
• Represent the IDS business within the BDX EMEA pricing COE.
• Define business analytics tactics and lead a team to develop and maintain reporting tools and processes.
• Present analytics, insights, and recommendations to SM business leaders.

Preferred Profile:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA is an added benefit.
• Strategic business planning experience, including pricing management and business governance.
• Healthcare industry experience, ideally in Life Sciences or MedTech.
• Proven track record in influencing commercial teams to deliver growth through price and profitability management.
• Strong management and team leadership capabilities.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in another European language preferred.
