A Japanese company dealing in industrial machinery and equipment is seeking a Sales Administration & Office Support Officer to provide operational and administrative support to the sales team. This role also includes general office affairs, such as liaising with external service providers like real estate agencies and leasing companies.
You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, preparing materials, liaising with customers, supporting logistics, maintaining databases, and managing general office operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with strong organisational and communication skills in both German and English.

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (Probation 3 months)
Salary: €3,000-€4,000 per month + variable bonus depending on company performance
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (Monday–Friday, incl. 30 minutes lunch break)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Frankfurt area, Germany (Currently 1 day / week work from home available – subject to company decision)
Benefit: 25 days annual leaves, transportation fee, parking lots, e-learning system
Sales Administration & Office Support Officer Main Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the sales team in day-to-day operations
• Prepare and format sales materials for meetings and trade fairs
• Plan and coordinate appointments with customers and internal stakeholders
• Organise shipping and logistics processes
• Communicate with customers, partners, and internal departments
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain internal databases (CRM, ERP)
• General office organisation and administrative support, including coordination with external service providers such as real estate agencies and leasing companies
• Support general affairs tasks such as office maintenance, vendor management, and related administrative duties
Sales Administration & Office Support Officer Requirements
• University degree or completed commercial training
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales administration or a comparable administrative role
• Native level proficiency in German language and business level of English is required
• Japanese language skills are an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and solution-driven approach
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style
