Your tasks:

IT support

• Ensuring a stable IT infrastructure (server, network, hardware, software)
• First-level user support for colleagues
• Management of software licenses, backup and IT security
• Coordination with external IT service providers

Digitalization & Innovation

• Participation in the further development of our company processes
• Support for virtualization and process automation

ERP project support

• Interface between specialist departments, management and ERP service provider
• Support in the further development of the existing ERP system
• Ensure that internal requirements for the external agency are clearly defined and implemented

Your profile:

• Completed training in information technology with a focus on systems engineering or industrial engineering, or a degree in IT or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT support for medium-sized manufacturing companies, in the management of data centers, or in the automation of business processes
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks and IT security
• Experience in user support or IT administration
• Experience in virtualizing operating environments
• Knowledge of business process automation (RPA)
• Basic understanding of ERP systems or willingness to familiarize yourself with ERP topics
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working

For this position, we offer a monthly full-time salary of at least €4,000 gross (willingness to pay above this amount depending on training and professional experience).
