Your tasks:
IT support
- Ensuring a stable IT infrastructure (server, network, hardware, software)
- First-level user support for colleagues
- Management of software licenses, backup and IT security
- Coordination with external IT service providers
Digitalization & Innovation
- Participation in the further development of our company processes
- Support for virtualization and process automation
ERP project support
- Interface between specialist departments, management and ERP service provider
- Support in the further development of the existing ERP system
- Ensure that internal requirements for the external agency are clearly defined and implemented
Your profile:
- Completed training in information technology with a focus on systems engineering or industrial engineering, or a degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT support for medium-sized manufacturing companies, in the management of data centers, or in the automation of business processes
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks and IT security
- Experience in user support or IT administration
- Experience in virtualizing operating environments
- Knowledge of business process automation (RPA)
- Basic understanding of ERP systems or willingness to familiarize yourself with ERP topics
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working

For this position, we offer a monthly full-time salary of at least €4,000 gross (willingness to pay above this amount depending on training and professional experience).
