Your Profile as QA Coordinator :

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good verbal and written proficiency in French and English. Dutch and any other language is a plus
• Experience in interacting with senior and middle management and working within / leading cross-functional teams
• Experience in Quality management programs (ISOxxxx, GDP, GMP).
• Good knowledge in general business processes
• Very good reporting skills
• Accurate worker who is able to perform with deadlines
• Teamplayer with a pro-active attitude

Your Responsibilities as QA Coordinator :

As a QA Coordinator, you will supervise the quality aspect of the activity of dispatchers, employees, warehousemen and drivers.

You'll be responsible for the Quality implementation of ULT freezers at our Gembloux site, including monitoring and scheduling of maintenances, temperature mappings, calibrations and management of potential deviations.

You will also contribute to the management of quality systems within our healthcare warehouses in the south of Belgium.

 

• Ensuring the adherence to the principles of the Quality Manual
• Assessing the effectiveness and application of the quality assurance system
• Drafting documents relating to quality assurance
• Managing the flow of incidents and non-conformities
• Monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Carrying out internal audits and managing external audits
• Managing staff training
• Preparing the annual management review
• Overseeing all the Quality Department’s operational activities and documents
• Managing Change Control
• Recommending changes to working processes
