BA / SME Databricks Consultant (m/w/d)
Geneva, Switzerland
The Role
Join a major Finance Transformation programme and help shape how Finance teams leverage Databricks, analytics and data-driven reporting. Working closely with Finance, Data and IT stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and support the delivery of key transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for Databricks solutions.
- Identify finance analytics, reporting and data use cases.
- Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
- Support solution evaluation, business cases and roadmap prioritisation.
- Coordinate UAT activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT and Data teams to ensure successful delivery.
Your Profile
- Experience as a Business Analyst or SME within Finance, Data or Analytics projects.
- Understanding of Finance processes and reporting environments.
- Exposure to Databricks, data platforms or analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, data modelling and BI concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
