Your seat to fill:

  • Support IT Service Desk leadership in day-to-day operations within IT Service Desk & Digital Workplace team
  • Ensure professional 1st- and 2nd-level support in line with ITIL best practices
  • Manage Incident, Problem, and Change processes with clear escalation paths
  • Resource planning, workload distribution, and team performance management
  • Foster a service-oriented culture with a focus on user satisfaction and business enablement
  • Delivering projects and maintenance of End user IT services & digital workplace
  • Manage business / service partners, IT commercials, cost planning & budgeting
  • Manage and further develop the digital workplace environment (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Endpoint Management, Collaboration Tools, etc.)
  • Supervise end-user IT infrastructure (clients, mobile devices, peripherals, Video conferencing etc.)
  • Drive adoption of modern workplace solutions (Zero-Touch Deployment, Self-Service Portals, Automation)
  • Ensure IT security and compliance in the end-user environment (Patch Management, Endpoint Security, GDPR compliance)
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external service providers
  • Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Implement and optimize ITIL-based processes (Incident, Request, Change, Asset & Knowledge Management)
  • Drive continuous improvement through process automation and monitoring
  • Support audits and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, BSI standards, GDPR)

Your stroll to Cybex:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Digital Workplace
  • Strong knowledge in:
    • Microsoft 365 & Azure (Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
    • Windows and macOS clients, Mobile Device Management
    • ITIL processes and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.)
  • Experience in Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management, and automation (PowerShell, Intune Policies)
  • Technical expertise in managing conferencing systems is an added advantage
  • Proven leadership experience with strong people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability
  • Analytical, process-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills
  • Resilient and decisive in critical situations
