Our European Headquarter in Gersthofen is looking for a** Teamlead Global Master Data Europe (m/f/d).**

What your job includes

• Lead a team of master data specialists and analysts in Europe with hands-on support, coaching and talent development
• Create, update, and validate material-, customer, and vendor master records in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and compliance
• Work closely with purchasing, production, product development, finance, and local site teams across Europe to align on master data requirements
• Support the development and enforcement of master data standards, naming conventions, and governance rules across plants and systems
• Perform regular audits and reports to identify data issues
• Design and support workflows for data creation and change requests
• Contribute to automation initiatives using low-code/no-code tools where applicable
• Design & implement effective & efficient ETL processes for data cleansing and migration
• Participate in project work and system implementations

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or IT
• Several experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, technical and across different functions, is preferred
• Solid understanding of Customer-, Vendor-, and Material Master related business processes and related data objects
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively, internally, and externally, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work effectively independently, as part of a team, and as a leader
