What your job includes
- Lead a team of master data specialists and analysts in Europe with hands-on support, coaching and talent development
- Create, update, and validate material-, customer, and vendor master records in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and compliance
- Work closely with purchasing, production, product development, finance, and local site teams across Europe to align on master data requirements
- Support the development and enforcement of master data standards, naming conventions, and governance rules across plants and systems
- Perform regular audits and reports to identify data issues
- Design and support workflows for data creation and change requests
- Contribute to automation initiatives using low-code/no-code tools where applicable
- Design & implement effective & efficient ETL processes for data cleansing and migration
- Participate in project work and system implementations
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or IT
- Several experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, technical and across different functions, is preferred
- Solid understanding of Customer-, Vendor-, and Material Master related business processes and related data objects
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, internally, and externally, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively independently, as part of a team, and as a leader
