YOUR TASKS

• Together with your colleagues, you will analyze the technical and professional requirements of our customers and develop innovative solutions in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence – especially with products and services from the SAP and Microsoft technology stack (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, SAP Databricks, Azure Databricks).

• As a Senior Consultant, you will also take on responsibility for projects and teams – from conceptual development and effort estimation to successful implementation.
• You ensure that projects are implemented within the planned timeframe, identify project risks early on, and guide the team safely through all phases until go-live.
• You will oversee the handover to live operation and be the internal and external contact person for machine learning, generative AI or agentic AI topics.
• Through workshops, lectures and technology events, you share your knowledge and actively drive the development of our AI community.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have several years of experience in data & analytics projects – ideally with a focus on machine learning, generative AI or agentic AI.
• You are proficient in both Python and SQL.
• Experience with relevant ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, MLFlow) or Generative AI & Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Microsoft Autogen) is advantageous.
• You enjoy working conceptually and in a solution-oriented manner, you bring initiative and strong communication skills, and you can explain complex topics in an understandable way.
• Fluent German and good English skills are required.
• For the senior position, you bring experience in project management and customer management.
